Meet Steph

Office Manager Stephanie Gillen started with Streamline Home Management in April 2022. In addition to managing the everyday needs in the office, Stephanie is also our welcoming committee for new Streamline Home Management clients. She's our party planner, web designer, pet sitter and in-house horticulturalist. 

Q & A with Steph

What was your previous career? 

I worked in client services for an agricultural testing lab and before that I was the sales manager for a bridal shop.

What do you enjoy most about working in the trades?

I love talking to people about this new home management concept. It's so exciting! I also love learning something new everyday.

What do you do when you're not working?

Volunteering at my daughter's school or attending one of their events. In my spare time I enjoy gardening, concerts, exploring Omaha and hosting parties.

What skills do you bring to the table?

I have had a lot of different office positions, so I have learned a lot of different skills. My passion is helping clients, graphic design, event planning, and plants!

What do you enjoy most about working for Streamline?

My coworkers and the owners is my top answer! I also love that I get to do so many different things.

What advice do you have for someone who's interested in working in office management?

There is no real "job description". You have to be able to multi-task and be ready for something different every day.
