Streamline Home Management has developed a proven, systematic approach to caring for clients’ homes. Through a tried-and-true process built on consistency, attention to detail, and proactive oversight, we ensure every home is serviced with precision. This structured methodology not only simplifies home management—it protects and preserves the long-term value of each property.

Understand
Once you are ready to become a Streamline Home Management member, our owners Joe Pogge and Julie Peterson will conduct an in-home consultation and walk-through using their trained contractor's eye to understand you, your home, and its needs. After the walk-through we will coordinate an initial service to tackle your to-do list and urgent needs. We will also develop our own recommendations to protect the value of your home.

Service
After a member is onboarded, they are free to request service 24/7 through our portal. Our team handles all coordination to ensure your request is completed seamlessly. For urgent situations, members have access to a dedicated emergency line. During each visit, our in-house property managers and technicians go beyond the task at hand—taking the time to understand you and your home, so you can feel confident that we’re protecting your property today and anticipating its needs for the future.

Value
Our value lies in clarity and discretion. Membership is billed at the beginning of each month, granting priority access to our dedicated team and oversight. Services are carefully documented and invoiced at month’s end, reflecting only the work performed. This thoughtful structure ensures transparency, control, and a level of trust befitting the care of your home.

Advocacy is at the core of our continued service for your home. We serve as your trusted representative, overseeing your home with discretion, expertise, and intention. We will anticipate your needs, help you make informed decisions, hold every detail to an uncompromising standard. You will be able to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is thoughtfully protected at all times.
