Why join a home management service?
Streamline Home Management's subscription service takes care of your ongoing and seasonal home maintenance needs, so you can enjoy peace of mind all year long. Ignoring routine home maintenance tasks not only shortens the life of your home systems, it can cause devastating damage and costly repairs.

Why not just call a handyman when I need one?
We are here when you need us. We provide the team to support your home's needs. Our home maintenance service lets you live in a well maintained home. If something needs serviced, we have a list of vetted contractors that we have worked with for many years, at the ready.

What does the $90 Monthly Membership fee get me?
We are here for you and your home 24/7. You get peace of mind knowing we vet all of our subcontractors and perform background checks on all of our employees. We are now also offering an annual home assessment as part of your subscription. More info on our Pricing page.

I have a larger remodeling project. Is this something Streamline Home Management can help with?
Depending on the size of your project, we will determine if it is something that would be better suited for our other company, Streamline Construction.



I have a long to-do list, is this something your service can help with?
Give us your to do list each month and your dedicated property manager will work together with our team to cross things off your list. With Streamline Home Management, you can reclaim your evenings and weekends, giving you more time to do the things you love!

I'm not sure I'm comfortable with people in my home if I'm not there. What are my options for this?
We are open to whatever your comfort level is. Whether you want to give us the keys, garage & alarm codes or would rather us schedule visits when you are home, we completely understand and will work around it!

What is the initial consultation like?
We will discuss your goals and property details via phone or in your home. We will talk through our optional Home Health Assessment and monthly maintenance program and assign a property manager to learn more about your home's maintenance requirements.
How do I pay for this service?
You will be emailed an invoice at the beginning of the month for the monthly $90 on-call service fee and any additional charges from the previous month. You can pay by credit card, mail us a check, or sign up for automatic payments.
I'm a member, how do I request service?
Just send us a text at (402) 576-5669 or fill out a new request using our Membership Portal.
