Why join a home management service?
Streamline Home Management's subscription service takes care of your ongoing and seasonal home maintenance needs, so you can enjoy peace of mind all year long. Ignoring routine home maintenance tasks not only shortens the life of your home systems, it can cause devastating damage and costly repairs.

Why not just call a handyman when I need one?
With Streamline, you will be getting a team you can wholeheartedly trust. We work with our own internal employees and a list of subcontractors we personally vet and have had partnerships with for years. By joining Streamline you will remove any cause to worry about an unfamiliar handyman not giving your home the respect and care it deserves.

What does the $90 Monthly Membership fee get me?
We are here for you and your home 24/7. You get peace of mind knowing we vet all of our subcontractors and perform background checks on all of our employees.

I have a larger remodeling project. Is this something Streamline Home Management can help with?
Depending on the size of your project, we will determine if it is something that would be better suited for our other company, Streamline Construction.

I have a long to-do list, is this something your service can help with?
Give us your home to-do list and our team will work together with you to cross each action item off. With Streamline Home Management, you can reclaim your evenings and weekends, giving you more time to do the things you love!

I'm not sure I'm comfortable with people in my home if I'm not there. What are my options for this?
We are open to whatever your comfort level is. Whether you want to give us the keys, garage & alarm codes or would rather us schedule visits when you are home, we completely understand and will work around it!

What is the initial consultation like?
We will discuss your goals and property details in your home. We will conduct a walkthrough with our contractor's eye and combine your to-do list with our recommendations in order to best advocate for your home. However, our recommendations are just recommendations. We will never try and force you into anything you aren't interested in.
How do I pay for this service?
Your membership will be charged to your card on the 1st of the month. Any work performed in your home will be added to an invoice and emailed at month's end. You can pay by credit card, mail us a check, or sign up for automatic payments.
