Gutter Cleaning & Exterior Drainage

Service Interval: Twice a year (April & November)

​

Service Hour Estimate: 8 hours

  • Clean gutters and gutter guards (if applicable) of any debris 

​

  • Install leaf guards at gutter drains if downspouts are connected to buried drainage pipes 

​

  • Using inspection camera confirm no blockages in buried drainage pipes 

​

  • Ensure all surface drains and downspouts are clean/ free of blockages 

​

  • Confirm sump pump discharge is free of blockages 

​

  • Confirm sump pump and battery backup are operating correctly 

​

  • Ensure grading slopes away from foundation and back fill low lying areas 

​

  • Walk roof and check chimney to ensure no visual issues
